Its called vaginal discharge. This is no big deal and only his way of cleaning the vagina by itself. Its often harder than before menstruation is a sign of ovulation. The reason is because it smells like to use after drying his underwear and it would be better, panty liners. Next time please do a search in Yahoo! Answers before you ask tons of girls, every day is the question and the answer is always the same.
This is normal.
